My jeans were too tight!

Back in January, I thought that my washing machine was playing up, and shrinking my jeans! But then I realised that I was using a different hole on my belt buckle, and that actually, all of my clothes were too tight. Oops – too fat! Time to lose weight. Two months later, and I had lost 10% of my body weight. Have a look at this video and find out how I did it!

    I dont think eating one meal a day is very sensible. Enjoy life and eat something naughty!

    I think this method of losing weight by fasting could work well and that one might not miss eating three times a day. I feel, however, that it would be important in the early stages to be fully occupied in order to avoid the desire to eat.

    Quite shocked at being told to miss breakfast – I would n’t be able to function without the fruit, cornflakes with milk, yoghurt and more fruit – hardly fattening and a really important time to eat after a long night of fasting. Do you really mean this? Can more easily do without lunch.
