Exercises for knee pain – stretches for you to do at home

Here is the first of two sets of exercises for you to try at home. They are stretches to improve the flexibility of the muscles above and below the knee. As with all exercises, go gently initially and then when you have got the hang of the techniques, increase the amount of stretch gradually.
